As an event manager – either in an agency or directly with the end customer – now and then you face the challenge of the coordination of flight logistics, of the organisation of a comfortable journey and at the same time of not losing control of the budget.

When several hundred or thousand passengers from around the world travel to one event, the combination of scheduled feeder flights to a hub is a good opportunity to bring the various destinations of the journey to a central point. Respective charter flights are then used for the flights from and to this hub.

ProAir is acting as interface between end customer, participant management and passengers. The experienced ProAir Team Customer Care & Flight Support takes care of special services on board: Catering upgrades, branding opportunities, 24-H supervision and much more.

The complete flight and luggage logistic for the international dealer meeting of AUDI AG in 2011 and 2012 was assigned to the ProAir Group. We organised individual charter flights for the entire German market as well as the luggage logistics for a total of around 4,000 guests from 87 countries: Flight check-in at the hotel including handing out of the boarding passes on site as well as direct delivery of the luggage from/to the aircraft cargo hold and to the hotel rooms. Overall several charter flights from Germany, Belgium, Italy, the UK, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Austria and Switzerland were realised. On one day more than 15 smaller and larger executive jets were used additionally.
