One Sunday, a last-minute charter request, and a tight timeframe: For a new customer in the Stuttgart area, two large pallets and a technician needed to be transported urgently to a trade show in Dublin.

The challenge: There was very little time between the request and the required delivery date.

While flight planning was underway, the ProAir team coordinated the pickup of the cargo in the Stuttgart area. Meanwhile, arrangements for onward transport in Ireland were already being made through the international partner network.

Upon arrival, a local partner handled direct delivery to the exhibition grounds in Dublin. As a result, all processes—from the initial inquiry through the flight to the last mile—flowed seamlessly together. The result: Both the two pallets and the technician reached their destination on time.
