The ProAir Group is a medium-sized group of companies headquartered in Filderstadt, near Stuttgart Airport. The primary business of ProAir-Charter-Transport GmbH is the chartering of aircraft for passenger and cargo transport. Each year, our company organizes approximately 1,000 individual charter flights, which we carry out with dedication and passion for clients in industry, commerce, and the service sector.

To strengthen our team at the Airport Business Center in Filderstadt,
we are looking for the following position to start as soon as possible:

Aircraft Charter Broker Passage (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Securing capacity and pricing for passenger charter flights, as well as preparing quotes and processing orders
  • Acquiring new customers by phone and providing support to our existing customers
  • Correspondence with customers and business partners nationally and internationally
  • Supporting our passengers as a flight rider
  • Baggage logistics
  • Maintaining our 24-hour on-call service, which requires availability and operational readiness on a four-week rotation, including during night hours and on weekends

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in business administration, preferably with an airline, in the logistics industry, at a travel agency, or at an event agency
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • Ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork and communication skills, motivation, and dedication
  • Proficiency in using common Windows applications
  • A business-oriented, service-oriented, and goal-oriented approach to work
  • Good geographical knowledge

  • On-call availability (shift work on a four-week rotation)
  • Willingness to travel
