ProAir Aviation GmbH is furthermore an airline company licensed by the Luftfahrtbundesamt (Federal Civil Aviation Authority).

Car launch in Barcelona
ProAir recently took the dealers and invited guests to Barcelona for the presentation of the new 2010 model SEAT Ibiza. Under the
personal care of Kathrin Schuessler the flights departed from Hamburg, Leipzig, Cologne and Munich to the Spanish metropolis. On board the aircraft (a Boeing 737-300 and a Boeing 737-800, as well as a BAe146) the passengers were prepared for the imminent test demonstrations with branded headrestcovers, plus special catering and board announcements. ProAir flew "stranded" passengers back home
Those of use who, to date, believed we had come to know all air traffic diversities have been taught otherwise during calendar weeks 15 and 16. A volcanic eruption in Iceland and the ash cloud that resulted brought air traffic over Europe to an entire standstill. Well not quite entirely! Several countries fortunately allowed us to fly and, above all, to let us land and take “stranded” passengers back home. And what with all these occurrences taking place it has almost pushed into the background the fact that during the main event season in March almost 4,000 passengers flew with us. Among these was a successfully completed bulk project involving more than 2,000 passengers, charter flights for 950 football fans, sports events and VIP trips.
